Magic Skin Juice aka Jouer Luminising Moisture Tint

I am not a candidate for a tinted moisturiser, my skin isn't perfect and it is very oily in the T-zone. However this Tint is a beloved and trusted comrade in the daily face battle.

Now one of my least favourite things is reviews minus a swatch, not just on the hand but on the face but I am still pretty ambivalent about revealing my face so I get a pass this time.

this is no makeup makeup - a sheer, moisturising glowy veil which never turns into cake face. I apply with my fingers, concentrating on nose and chin and a little on cheeks and forehead for cohesiveness. I use a translucent powder over the top and it works well. The Matte Moisture Tint was a sad fail for me, even though it is for oily skin - sat in pores and melted nose off before morning tea. For Australians, Cult Beauty is where I found this - a great site, arrived fast and a few free samples too.

I Rate This: Revlon Kissable Balm Stains

So to kick things off at Casa del Scintillate, I bring to you old old tidings.

Revlon and their Kissable Balm Stains. Kissable? I don't know about that. I avoid smooching in any kind of lipwear - I have been known to knock back my beloved's kisses at bedtime because 'my lips are marinating in lip balm and they need their rest'. Anyway, the most important aspect of the RKBS is it lasts.
I have in my collection Honey, Sweetheart, Smitten, Rendevous and Crush.
Crush, a deeper berry shade, and Rendevous, a punchy orange, are newly available in Oz.

I will add some suitable (heavily photoshopped) photos of my lips at some point, but I need to stress that these Pampering Balm Babies are very nice indeed and if you are a Whitey Mcwhitester with dark hair and blues, I think it is likely that Smitten will elicit compliments from old and young.
